Founded by Nick Gretsuk, Vertice brings over three decades of elite bespoke industry experience into a dedicated consulting platform. With more than 20 years focused specifically on elevator cab design, engineering, fabrication, and installation—and an additional decade leading full-elevator system project execution—Nick has built a career defined by precision, performance, and uncompromising standards. Never losing focus of the importance and significance of the interior design, the elevator cab served always to be the key feature for his clients.

His work has contributed to some of the most prestigious and architecturally significant properties in the New York region, earning a reputation for delivering results where design intent, engineering reality, and project execution must converge flawlessly.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS SERVICES

Architectural / Designer Coordination

Bring Vertice on board to work seamlessly with your architect or designer. With our vast experience in elevator cab design, fabrication and installation, Vertice can provide immeasurable input and feedback to guide your design to completion. Code compliance, weight considerations, elevator system requirements, miscalculated costs as well as missed details and conditions can cause major project delays due to redesigns, design modifications and interaction between elevator cab and elevator service providers. With Vertice helping guide the project from inception, your project will be on a clearer path to ensure on time, on budget and defined details and expected material performances for your elevator cab from installation and throughout its expected lifespan. Eliminated RFIs, clarity in scope of work and control in eliminating costly change orders will aid in your project moving smoothly from start to finish. Whether Vertice is retained for services direct to you or your architect / designer, you will be positioned to keep your design, details, materials, costs and times to perform your elevator cab project all within expectations.

Design Services

No architect or designer, no problem. No matter your property's classification, use or needs, our experience Vertice can help lead you from start to finish of your project, developing a bespoke design for your project, providing photorealistic renderings of your elevator, preparing detailed specifications for bidding and assisting in the bidding process to help your project begin on the right foot with all of your expectations being met. To ensure cohesiveness in the bidding and manufacturing process to ensure compliance to your design, Vertice will handle the bidding process including submissions of bids to elevator manufacturers, bid review and leveling process and assist in the award process. For our base service, we additional include the first initial punchlist review of completed elevator cab to ensure that everything is strictly in compliance to specification and to the quality expected. As an added service, Vertice can additionally handle the entire project management for your project as described below as one of our alternate services that can be provided to ensure perfect execution of your project.

Design Development Services - Base Fixed Price $4,500.00

Site Survey (1-5 units)
Base design photorealistic rendering of cab interior design with material finish samples
Full detailed specification for project bidding, bid review and leveling report
Full weight calculation and Code compliance report
Project milestone time line from award of project to installation

Detail drawings for bidding / construction guidance

*Project Management Services (bi-weekly virtual or phone initial procurement / fabrication phase meetings with vendor, Two factory visits during fabrication (NY, NJ area), One field visit during installation of first unit, Punchlist visit / review for first car of project.

Retainage $2,000.00 per project (Billed at $250 per hour there after for additional required visits) (out of NY, NJ area will be billed additional travel rate $150 per hour travel plus receipt / ticketed expenses)**

DAMAGE LOSS / CLAIM SERVICES

Whether full evaluation of water / accident damages or review of a contractor's claim, Vertice's decades of elevator cab experience can help. Vertice will provide detailed survey reporting of the elevator cab enclosure and interior finishes along with a detailed account of incident cause of damage, full description of how the incident affected the cab finishes, why the specific components were affected and what is needed to return the elevator to full pre-incident conditions. Whether to file a claim or, to review a claim, Vertice will serve to provide a detailed survey, report and account description to help solidify scope needed, budget analysis of costs involved and estimated time line for performance. We are here to assist in keeping your loss mitigation process as smooth, transparent and cost / time controlled as possible.

For area outside of NY/NJ area, travel will be billed at $150 per hour plus receipt / ticketed expenses to and from site. Air travel if necessary will be billed as economy travel (receipt documented) and accommodations as necessary billed at area minimum hotel rate, as available (travel site comparison will be submitted for date(s) applicable).

*As an added service to streamline the entire process from start to finish, we offer project financial services (full amount of project award to vendor held in escrow on behalf of client for controlled payment to vendor throughout project duration) – Though there is No Charge (includes statement reporting, milestone reporting and completion / payment reporting with invoice / payment timeline reporting), this service is only offered as an add on and in conjunction with our DESIGN DEVELOPMENT SERVICES above with full PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES to ensure full transparency and coordination between client and contractor throughout the project.*

**For miscellaneous services, travel to / from location will be billed at $150 per hour (travel to be logged to / from location), plus any tolls, congestion fees or parking expenses. Least expensive option for travel will always be taken for travel**
