The architect or designer has already designed the cab. Vertice makes it buildable, specifiable and code-compliant, then carries it through bidding, award and punchlist.

An optional layer added to either consulting service. The base fee already carries the job to a finished first cab; project management turns that into a reported, auditable process across every car on the project.

The $2,000 retainer is based on the $250 / hour rate and covers eight (8) working hours; all time is time-stamped and reconciled in the reports. Any additional work is proposed for your approval at the hourly rate before it proceeds. Project management follows the same cab band — up to five cabs, then $250 per cab.

All fees are per project. One base fee covers up to five cabs; each cab past five is $250; projects over ten cabs are quoted separately. Travel outside the NY / NJ area is billed at $150 per hour plus receipted or ticketed expenses (tolls, congestion charges, parking, transit, lodging). Procurement savings produced by three-bid leveling belong entirely to the client — Vertice takes no share of what it saves you. Vertice consulting is not a taxable service in NY or NJ. Rates are current as of 2026 and subject to change; a written proposal confirms scope and fee before any engagement begins.
